Do you include invoice slips?
We do not include invoices in order to reduce packaging waste. You can reach out to us with your order number and we will be able to assist you.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible (typically 1-2 business days). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I change my address?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the updated shipping address if you need to make a change. We can modify your shipping details for a short time before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to update the address.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
